Our opening hours are 10am to 2pm on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Outside of these times please leave a message and your contact details on our answer-phone and we will return your call when the Centre is next open. If you wish to come to the Centre and talk to someone in person, it is advisable to telephone beforehand to make an appointment.
